I know why I have failed at losing fat before. I am not going to lie to you….it is a lot of work! It isn’t easy. I think right now that it is worth it, I hope I still think that in another week.
I have just spent the last hour trying to figure out what I should eat before I work out and what I should eat for dinner at one of my favorite restaurants after I work out. Luckily, they put the nutrition info on their website so I can click and make my virtual dish and see what the NF are. I am meeting my friend/personal trainer for dinner, and will have finished 2 hours of working out so I know I will be hungry. I realize this is a science….and it is damn time consuming!!! It is a good thing I don’t have any other hobbies.
Now that I have ranted, I want to give props to Moe’s Southwest Grill for their awesome Nutrition Calculator that allows me to add ingredients and see how it affects my meal. It is one of the better restaurant websites I have found. Interactive, not just a PDF with the NF. However, I will take what I can get. Also, props to Sparkpeople for the FREE calorie counter. Without their help, this would be even harder.
Now, off to Zumba and BodyPump to work up a sweat!!! I wonder how many calories that will be?
